Description
Split tube furnaces by A S Engineering are available in 1200°C, 1400°C, 1600°C and 1800°C maximum temperature range. These horizontal tube furnaces offer precise temperature control, excellent temperature uniformity and the easy solution for heating small samples.
High Temperature Split Tubular Furnaces is used in sintering and high temperature heat treatment of metal materials, ceramic materials, nano materials, semiconductor materials, powder metallurgy and other new materials in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, factories and enterprises, petrochemical, aerospace and other industries.
Based on the temperature range we supply quartz tub or alumina tube with outer diameter 40, 60,70, 80 and 100 mm. These horizontal Split Tube furnaces are designed with maximum temperature ranges 1200°C, 1400°C, 1600°C and 1800°C. Each unit is fitted with an imported programmable temperature controller with 30 segments for heating and cooling rate up to 15°C per min. These horizontal tube furnaces are also ideal to perform inert atmosphere based heat treatment. A vacuum pump is supplied with each unit where user can achieve 0.1Mpa vacuum pressure and purge argon, nitrogen, hydrogen or any inert gas. Other standard accessories are vacuum pump, vacuum gauge, tube flange, O ring and silicone tube etc. Alumina ceramic end plugs are import accessory of a tube furnace; we supply this pair with each horizontal tube furnace for both ends to help achieving uniform temperature.
Our Split tube furnace units are supplied all over India at factory price with full support of installation, commissioning and after sales support. In order to get a precise quote, please provide us operating temperature, tube heating zone and diameter so that we may prepare a budgetary price quote for you.
