Services
Under Warranty
All ASE® laboratory equipment are under warranty for 12 months from the date of installation for parts and 3 months for labor. Travel cost is not included.
During this period, we are responsible for repair or replacement of malfunctioned parts. Warranty is void if equipment is modified, tampered, or repaired externally.
It does not cover transportation damage, routine maintenance, misuse, or natural disasters.
Repair
We provide repair and maintenance services for all supplied equipment including controllers, sensors, circuits, timers, and heating & cooling systems.
For major repairs, quotation is shared within 3 days after analysis. If repair is uneconomical, exchange pricing is provided.
We also support equipment upgrades and modifications.
Breakout Calls
Technical support is available over phone. For major issues, we register your complaint and send an engineer on-site.
Mumbai & nearby: within 24 hours
Other locations: 2–4 days depending on distance.

Annual Maintenance Contract and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
- Focus: Typically covers regular maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for equipment or systems.
- Coverage: May include routine checks, preventive maintenance, and some basic repairs, but spare parts and major repairs are often not included.
- Cost: Generally less expensive than a CAMC.
CAMC (Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract)
- Focus: Offers a more extensive range of maintenance services.
- Coverage: Includes everything in an AMC, plus coverage for spare parts, major repairs, and sometimes even emergency support.
- Cost: More expensive than an AMC due to the broader scope of coverage.
