Laboratory Oil Bath

Oil bath, as the name explains itself is a type of laboratory equipment which used to maintain a constant temperature for samples or experiments. In this laboratory oil bath sample or material is immersed into the oil which is heated at specific temperature using Temperature controller and immersion heating elements. Some large size oil bath instrument come with inner circulation or stirring function in order to achieve uniform temperature across all corners of the inner tank.

Laboratory oil bath is used in laboratory research and industry. Chemical reaction, material testing, thermal testing and sample preparations are some of common applications of an oil bath instrument.
