Blood plasma Deep Freezer (-40)

We make minus 40 degree Celsius (-40°C) laboratory deep freezers in 120L, 340L, 450 to 700 Liters volume. Due to its low temperature range, these -40°C laboratory deep freezers are also used in hospitals for blood plasma storage; in addition, these freezers are also used in storage of some electronic components and other related material.

Inner chamber is made of thick gauge of stainless steel 304 while outer cabinet is made of powder coated GI sheet. The gap between these two walls is filled with high density PUF insulation. For temperature control we use i-therm or Eurotherm digital temperature controllers with built-in deviation alarm systems. Compressors are imported, we use only branded and reputed refrigeration assembly in our minus forty deep freezers. There are two doors in each unit; inner door is made of stainless steel 304 and outer door is solid insulated fitted with lock and key. Shelves are also made of SS304. Overall unit is mounted on caster wheels with brake.

There are several optional features that we offer with our -40°C deep freezers such as temperature recording; we provide a digital temperature recorder with in-built memory. Operator and insert pen drive in the USB port and save data in excel format. There is also another data recorder which can be directly connected to the computer. As standard all these deep freezers are made in vertical (floor standing) type but we also make horizontal (top loading) type. We carefully design and manufacture these deep freezers and supply all over India and factory price. In addition, we also export these -40°C laboratory deep freezers to Africa, UAE, Dubai, Greece, Philippines, and Malaysia etc.
