Description

Cupellation is a process to separate precious metals, such as gold or silver, from alloys with base metals. During the process, aggressive gases that attack the insulation and the heating are released. Cupellation furnaces are especially designed for the very demanding process requirements.

The intelligent fire assay cupellation furnace has high accuracy for thousand-full gold and a variety of 18K gold samples. The overall structure design of assay cupellation furnace is reasonable, and the function of temperature and gas control is complete and reliable.

The concept of oxidized cupellation is totally realized. The equipment automatic program setting steps are refined, the temperature indication and control are accurate, and it has small fluctuations of furnace temperature range during the constant temperature process, to ensure the great uniformity of furnace temperature. High degree of automation control, human-machine dialogue interface is friendly, which is easy to operate. The appearance of the gold and silver alloy particles formed after cupellation is symmetrical, round, shiny and metallic, which is much better than the gold and silver alloy particles obtained after ordinary 
Many field experiments show that the product has fully reach the design requirements, it has excellent overall performance, great reproducibility and small experimental error, which can fill the gap in the production of ash blowing furnace.
