PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hot and cold chambers, also known as Temperature cycling chambers, are ideal for test applications that require quick change in temperature ramp rate such as 1°C and 4°C per minute or as required. In such applications ramp rate of hot and cold temperatures is important and also mandatory in some standards such as IEC, JESD, SAE and IPC. These chambers are widely used for testing PCB, electronic components, semiconductor devices, battery, various electronic devices like mobile phones, LED and LCD TV and monitor etc.

Our standard chambers are built with heavy gauge stainless steel chamber and equipped with PLC based HMI controller for precise accuracy and uniformity of temperature. Each chamber is carefully designed and tested prior dispatch and installation and all these are at economical price in India.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Temperature: Standard temperature range of a hot and cold chamber is -70°C to 180°C. We also provide customized range lower than this such as -20° to 70°C and -40°C to 100°C etc. Standard ramp rate / temperature change rate is 15°C.
Control System: We equipment our temperature cycling chambers with PLC based HMI controller, which features color touch screen, temperature control settings, ramp and soak time etc. Various types of errors in machine are also seen on the screen. It also features data monitoring and storage, user can save readings in pen drive through USB interface.
Construction: Standard chambers are made with stainless steel inner chamber; while exterior cabinet is made of powder coated GI sheet. The steel frame is nicely welded and firmly jointed to ensure you a rugged machine. High density PUF insulation is filled in the gap between inner and external walls. Heavy duty caster wheels are fitted at bottom for easy mobility of the temperature cycling chamber.
Door: The door is also insulated and fitted with imported latch. A silicone gasket is fitted on the door for excellent sealing. A frost free observation glass window is also provided on the door.
Heater: Only branded SS tubular air heaters are used in our hot and cold chambers to generate heat. These heaters provide rapid heating with long service life.
Refrigeration: For low and freezing temperature, we use only imported refrigeration system which is CFC free; usually we use only EMERSON make compressor which offers trouble free cooling for years.
