Ice lined refrigerator is a kind of refrigerator, comprises of high quality ice packs, which help in maintaining 0°C to 8°C temperature without power supply. Such refrigerator is used to carry vaccines, medicines and blood bags. Once temperature is reached this refrigerator is able to hold the temperature over 20 to 25 hours without power supply; hence it is useful for medical facilities in remote areas and carrying medicines.

The inner walls of ice lined refrigerator are lined with plastic ice packs. These ice lines play important role in maintaining temperature for long hours. These refrigerators are equipped with microprocessor based temperature controller and offer various safety alarms including sensor error alarm and temperature low / high alarm.
