Description

We make large size industrial box furnaces with working temperature 1100°C, 1300°C and 1600°C for research institutes, steel companies, ceramic and glass manufacturing, electronics and semiconductor etc. These large size industrial box furnaces are especially designed for applications, where test volume is big and material is heavy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

  • Temperature range: Our industrial heat treatment furnaces are made with working temperature range from 600°C to 1600°C with accuracy of ±1°C.
  • Heating element: We use only imported and high quality heating element in our industrial furnaces; depending upon temperature, we use Resistive Wire heating element, Silicon Carbide and MoSi2 rods. As standard, heating element are fitted left and right sides of chamber and as option, we can fit heating element on three sides or four sides where precise heating is prime requisite.
  • Thermocouple: In order to measure temperature, thermocouple is important device and in our industrial furnaces we use K type, N type, R type and B type thermocouples.
  • Temperature controller: As standard, we use 30 segments profile temperature controller; which, is ideal for running multiple temperature with different dwell times. It can control heating and cooling rates as required. Temperature recording and data logging are optional features offered at extra price.
  • Chamber material: Heating zone or inner chamber is made with vacuum formed ceramic fiber material. As an option, we also use high alumina ceramic refractory bricks; where high stability and mechanical strength are required.
  • Door: Furnace door can be horizontal swing type or vertical lift. Automatic electric vertical lift doors offer much comfort ability and safe working.
  • External cabinet: Housing of our industrial furnaces is made of thick steel sheets fabricated by CNC and laser machines for elegant finish. Power coating paint is done for corrosion resistance feature and enhanced surface finishing.
  • Car bottom: Car bottom is much accepted technology for loading and unloading bulk and heavy materials in furnace. It comprises of electrical and mechanical systems with heavy duty wheels.
