PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Bacteriological Incubator is used for storage of bacteria plate and bacterial culture growth at 37 degree Celsius. Other applications include coliform determination, egg incubation, heated storage, food and beverage testing, and pharmaceutical testing. These incubators are fitted with heating temperature only; therefore, these are also called heated incubators. We are bacterial incubator manufacturers and suppliers in India and make these units in different sizes (chamber dimensions). Standard modes come in small size as 28 liters and large size as 340 liters. We also make big size bacterial incubators on demand. Each unit is fitted with digital temperature controller for excellent accuracy and reliability. A motorized blower is also fitted for uniform air circulation across the chamber. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Temperature: The temperature range of our bacterial incubators is ambient+10°C to 60°C, which is controlled through microprocessor based PID temperature controller and PT100 RTD sensor. This controller displays both Set Value (SV) and Process Value (PV).
Air circulation: Our bacterial incubators feature both natural and forced air convections; a motorized blower is fitted at back side of the chamber. It is also responsible for uniform distribution of temperature across the chamber. It can it can switched ON and Off using on/off switch provided at the panel.
Construction: Our bacteriological incubators feature rugged construction. External cabinet is made of thick gauge of GI sheet which is powder coated and painted to enhance its corrosion resistance feature. The inner chamber is made of thick gauge of 304 grade stainless steel sheets. The gap between the inner and external chamber is filled with high density glass wool which minimizes heat loss and keeps the unit energy efficient. The door has an observation glass window to view samples inside without opening the door.
Safety features: Temperature safety is most important concern of bacteriological incubator; therefore, we equip these units with temperature thermostat and this is also a low / high alarm which alerts operator if there is any variation in set temperature.
Customization: We understand the need of customization; therefore, to meet their diverse needs we provide several customization options and accessories to make these bacterial incubators fit to their specific requirements. Optional accessories include digital timer, PLC based HMI controller, 21 CFR part 11 software, data logger and thermal printer etc.
