Rotary Tube Furnace

The basic working principle of a rotary tube furnace is rotation assisted transportation of material through an inclined tube that can be of Quartz, Ceramic Alumina or Stainless steel as per specific application requirement.

The furnace tube adopts a gear transmission electric drive structure to rotate 360°, 0-10 rpm rotating speed, and the material is heated evenly in the furnace tube. The furnace body can be tilted by electric drive, the tilt angle can be adjusted, and the material can enter and exit more smoothly.
