Tray dryer or tray drying oven is widely used in laboratories, food, chemical and spices industries to remove moisture content from final product. As the name states, trays are important part of these machines, samples are put in trays, loaded on trolley and then dried under heated chamber under different temperatures such as 100°C, 160°C, 250°C etc. in presence air circulation.

Our standard air tray dyers are made with stainless steel trays (perforated or non-perforated) and insulated with ceramic wool for reducing heat loss and fitted with motor blowers and temperature control system.
