Walkin Incubator

Walk IN Incubators are designed to fulfill needs of large incubation applications in dairy, food and pharmaceutical industries and agriculture research etc. Our walkin incubators are available with temperature range 5°C To 60°C, which is controlled with digital PID controller. If needed, we also construct walkin incubators with humidity option.

Our walkin incubators are sturdy in design and made of thick mil steel powder coated from outside; whereas, inner part is completely made of stainless steel 304. For illumination, we use fluorescent lights. Heating is done by tubular heaters and cooling is generated through CFC free refrigerant. Accuracy of temperature remains steady throughout the process. Our walkin incubators are also fitted with audio / visual alarm to alert the users if there is any temperature variation. Shelving system is bespoke and designed as per requirement of users.

As walkin incubators are totally customized and constructed with matched specifications provided by our customers, these units can be accommodated with variety of optional accessories such as digital 24 x 7 weekly timer, data logger with USB interface, humidity system and PLC operation with HMI interface.
